No additives of any type whatsoever. We are one of the only winemakers that completely lists all ingredients in our wine - as unfortunately it's not required by law. This is very easy for us because we don't add anything to the juice- no yeast or cultures to artificially induce fermentation and degrade the wine. We use preserving, spontaneous, natural fermentation. No flavorings, sugar, sulfites or preservatives... or anything else at all. Aged and bottled in pure, clear glass only for purity to support health.

Merlot - 100% Merlot Grapes
Spontaneously fermented on the skins for 10 days then aged for months in glass, resulting in this fantastic wine with benefits as shown on studies page link above. View the fermented grape skins study! A bit drier than the Petit Verdot for the dry wine lover with the same ancient process, with a completely different taste! Fermented in glass only for the purest taste. Zero additives: yeast or sulfites. The very best Merlot wine known or available.

Alcohol levels are not adujsted or altered by adding sugar as is done throughout the industrial wine industry. The final alcohol levels are 100% determined by the original sweetness of the fruit used and not by artificial means. The higher the sweetness of the fruit, the higher the final alcohol content.
These living microbiotic wines are 100% pure fruit juice only - fermented by nature only - and become the pure microbiotically produced wine as God created. Typical alcohol levels are 7-9% for apple and up to 15% for grape, depending on the variety of fruit.
No filtering of any kind is done. Solids naturally settle to the bottom of the glass over time and the "juice wine" becomes more clear the longer it sits. No yeast is added of any kind. Yeast is from the fungus family - just as mold is. Your body knows, and tells you what isn't good for you after you drink it.
